What is rubbin tips?
I slang term used to describe a boring night at a sausage party.
Brandon: I'm not gong to that frat house party. They will probably be sitting around rubbin tips all night.
Bill: Let's go to that new club instead I heard your Mom will be attending.
Brandon: A capital idea!
