What is racialist?
A person who is obsessed with matters of race and racism, to the point of being utterly incapable of believing that something isn't somehow racist, even when confronted by overwhelming evidence that would prove them wrong.

Someone who pigeonholes people based on stereotypes about their race without the harmful vitriol of racism.
Saying all black dudes have big dicks makes you a racialist, because (even positive) stereotypes are racialist.
