What is polenta?
Literally the most DELICIOUS thing on the planet. It is an Italian dish, best made my your own Nonno. It’s made with buckwheat flower, water, butter and cheese.

What does "polenta" mean?
A typical northern Italian dish. It is made by boiling cornmeal to form a sort of porridge. Tradition imposes to slice it with a string, rather than a knife, and to not cut it until the smoke has reached the ceiling of the room.
