Noun. A reminder written on the fly, on one of those paper cups that corporates buy by the million, usually in a hurried and unplanned meeting where no other writing material is available.

Corporate trickery akin to a magician's cup and ball game. The actions of corporate to disguise and manipulate financial records, and limit liability.

A girl/guy who you hook up with a couple times and then move on. You get the term "paper cup" because you use paper cups once or twice then throw them away.
