What is old skin?
A tragic condition diagnosed in elementary school where the child’s skin resembles that of an old man, or leather face.

Guy 2: No what happened to her?

Guy 2: Why did nobody help her?
Guy 1: She died after she ate the horse with patches and became deaf and her skin fell off

What does "old skin" mean?
The area directly around the lips of the vagina with a slightly darker color and sometimes bumpy texture from shaving. This can resemble color and texture of a good leather football.
