newgen is referred to players that started playing in 2017/2018 such as factions like Karma and Triad
An oldgen would be factions like GetSwatted/Frost, Conquer, 6thNation, LbX, and many more.

Newgens usually have huge egos and desperately need attention from their parents/parent figure.
