A bottomless pit that is full of money. What some in government think they have when it comes to doing things.
George W. Bush thinks he has a bottomless money pit so that he can do anything he wants. This is the main reason we have such high deficets.

Something of value, which, for some reason or another, has continued to absorb considerable amount of payments due to its continuing failure to live up to expectation.
That's the third time I had to bring in my car. It's become a real money pit.
