1. The "new" dollar menu burger; it is essentially a double cheeseburger with only one slice of cheese instead of two.
2. When one goes out on a double date to McDonald's.
1. Bob: "Yeah, I'd like a double cheeseburger."
Voice: "It's a $1.19 now. But you can get a McDouble for a buck."
Bob: ...and the difference is?
2. Amanda & Jim: "Hey, wanna go on a McDouble this Friday?"

Mcdouble - what is it?
When a guy takes a McDonald's burger (or any other crap fast food burger) and proceeds to stuff it in the vaginal crease of a female counterpart and then fucks it.
Great we stopped at McDonald's and she let me McDouble her.
What does "mcdouble" mean?
A McDouble is basically a cheeseburger but with two meat patties, two buns, and ONE slice of cheese. Yes, ONE slice of cheese. And they cost 99c.
This is supposedly the new value item on the menu as it replaces the original double cheeseburgers.
Speaking of double cheeseburgers, those are $1.19 now. They went up by 20c.
