Stoner lingo. Means a smoke sesh with multiple cliques of people at random locations at any period of time. References the medical terminology used by doctors & nurses in a hospital.
Idea was first thought of while watching Grey's Anatomy.
Lyssa: "Yay we're making rounds!"
