I was amazed at how that one guy said "sorry your girl lost" and then immediately went on saying how nobody needed a bump stock or a suppressor.

A lost girl is someone (normally of feminine leaning gender) who is lost inside of themself. No matter what they do, they can't keep happy or content for long, soon reverting to numbness and sadness.
