What is lightsworn decks?

Lightsworn is an archtype in Yu-gi-oh!Trading card game using mill deck and extremely awesome combos using their mill effect to chain with others,however,it's so powerful(even broken)some people on Duelingnetwork even put "No lightsworn"on their duel notes.
