What is incompetent friend?
A friend who is terrible at being one and does nothing but disappoint you every time you're supposed to hang out.
Friend 1: Hey man let's go to the movies tomorrow.
Friend 2: Okay we'll make plans.
*Tomorrow*
Friend 1: We spoke four hours ago and I've been calling and texting you non-stop, where are you at? The movie is already starting.
Friend 2: Yeah I know, I was too busy being lazy staying offline on everything so you couldn't contact me, making you wait.
Friend 1: You are such an incompetent friend!
