What is heels down?
Down heels are shoes that you use when you want to get down. And when you're done descending, switch your down heels to your regular shoes. (E.g. Cybertruck shoes)

Heels down - what is it?
In a large party house full of guys, toilet paper can be scarce, forcing the inhabitants to shower off after pooping. Laziness causes the guys to poop in the shower, coining the phrase, " heeling it down", pertaining to yesterday's top ramen and taco bell.
I really hate having to poop and then take a shower afterwards. "Heeling it down" saves a lot of time.
What does "heels down" mean?
A term in equestrianism to remind the rider to keep their heels down to better stabilise themselves in the saddle.
Most commonly used in English riding.
Instructor - heels down, sit up straight!
