Good talk - what is it?
1) a riposte for when someone completely stonewalls or inappropriately adds to a conversation, text message, email, etc.
2) a short message to the reader informing them that they blatanty blew you off.
Emily didn't respond to my text message asking about her weekend until she received a good talk russ.
Clark attempted to discuss life with his son Rusty over a beer. Rusty didn't respond to any of Clark's thoughts and just drank his father's beer. Clark concluded the conversation with "Good talk Russ."
What does "good talk" mean?
An expression meant to end the conversation. Usually used when you would have the same answer to an insulting question that the other person would.
Boy: Why do you smell so bad?
Girl: Why do YOU smell so bad?
Boy: What?! How could you ask me that?!

A way to end a man-to-man conversation of personal feelings in a comfortable, heterosexual manner.

Good talk - slang
A passive-aggressive or sarcastic way of getting someone to acknowledge that they failed to respond properly or at all to something you said/asked.
