What is gay pose?
A contest among a group of men meant to determine which is the most gay. It starts with all of the participants stripping naked and standing in a circle facing each other. Each of them then takes turns striking body-building poses.
The contest continues until at least one of the participants gets an erection. The first to get an erection is thus assumed to be turned on by the group of naked men striking poses, and therefore deemed to be the most gay.
Nick: Hey, I'm bored.
Shawn: Me too.

Gay pose - what is it?
When gay dudes take a selfie with one of their elbows raised over their head with the corresponding hand touching the back of their head. Shirt is optional.
The best way to identify any gay man is if he has any selfie doing the gay pose- raising one bent at the elbow arm over his head, with the hand behind his head.
