What is fully clothed?
When you’re in the pool in a swimsuit or birthday suit and other people are inside the house in all of their clothes. They try and convince other people in the pool to exit and join their cult on the inside.
Shelby and Lauren are no fun, they are members of the fully clothed cult.

covering the entire body, in a way such that is appropriate for the situation. In a snowstorm, you would not be considered fully clothed in a bathing suit. However, such clothing is considered "full" when you are at the beach.
