What is fuckered off?

"Fuckered off" is a descriptive term for any person, place, thing that has obviously been ransacked by methamphetamines and/or methamphetamine users , and needs a nap and/or a tune up.

"That car was entirely fuckered off after Carl and Danny never started or finished, and worked on it for 3 days.
