When the cunts that's "fucked" takes it to the next level.
A term used to describe an individual when they no longer match any of the criteria for any kind insult.
It is mainly used to describe a person of who has evolved into a pure bred junkie but still denies they have a problem.
A Pilbara term to describe a person the next day after a night of recreational usage of drugs and alcohol the night before fucks them up fifty ways from Sunday. They wake up feeling "flogged out".

Flogged out - what is it?
The act of taking an ice cream cone full of gross vanilla ice cream and pretending as if it were a grenade and purposely throwing it at someone. Term originates from "fragging out"
Stranger: "Did you just throw your ice cream at me?"
Perpetrator: "Uhh, kinda, I was really just flogging out"
What does "flogged out" mean?
Feeling tired or exhausted. Often used when describing the result of a hangover or come-down, or strenuous activity resulting in soreness or exhaustion.
