A person, on Youtube or Social Media, who goes around flagging posts, often for no reason other than to troll.

Also, an idiot in an F-150, flags jammed into his flatbed shredding themselves to tatters in the wind as he flies down the freeway.
It was fun watching the flaggots on Facebook explode in comic outrage when I told them I was going to gay marry my Muslim tomcat.
