What is fenn boy?
Awkward, pre-adolescent boys who only know as much about girls as their sex ed class tells them. They spend their school days surrounded by only boys and dressed in khakki pants, polos, and blazers. They tend to be very awkward during encounters with girls, and try to avoid having to make eye contact with them
