What is down range?
An action or statement that can't be taken back. Referencing a bullet shot which cannot be put back into the gun.
You want a do-over after calling your boss stupid to her face, but there's nothing you can do. That's a round down range.

1. Used in the military to actually move down the training range, or lane.
2. Used in the military to talk about a combat zone.
3. Used to suggest moving to another location.
1. Go down range and pick up all of the unexploded ordinance.
