What is doing a Mexican?

Sitting or lazing around all day in barely no clothes, normally whilst indulging yourself in a lot of (normally spicy) foods.

Dave: Hey Paul, you do much yesterday?
Paul: Nah not really just spent the day Doing a Mexican.
Dave: Now thats sounds like a day well spent.
