What is discord rules?
on this day (march 12th), the day after discord rule day, all rules are enforced only half as strictly and a user must break the rule twice to be warned for it.

In discord no rules day,we can ignore all of the rules and by the way,mods,admin,etc cant warn/ban/timeout users that joined discord no rules day. Discord no rules day will be hosted on 30th each month
