What is cut and paste?
A style or form that's taken straight from the books, how-to-do guides, or from another person(s) with no difference or alteration.
Usually referring to (but not limited to) art styles, most often in the form of the typical anime style.

a girl that is obviously attractive but in a way that is so stereotypical and/or without personality and individuality that she strikes the observer as boring, neutrally attractive, and perhaps undesirable.
She's got shoulder-length bleach-blonde hair, a decent rack, normal body-type, moderately tan - she's Cut and Paste Hot. They're everywhere.
What does "cut and paste" mean?
A term used by office douchebags that mean to say copy paste, but do not really know that when you cut an item and then attempt to copy that item, it is already cut and gone, the only option is to paste it. Said person probably uses terms like "net net", "at the end of the day", "long story longer", and "we should table that" when they really mean we should shelve that.
Since I do not know how Microsoft Office programs work, and I have heard certain terms before, I will combine all of them together and cut copy paste them into one document.

Is when a person/blogger cuts and paste others work to express a point. Instead of telling how they feel or think, they find somebody elses work that they think would be the best counterpoint to the others persons argument. Used most notably by "Hermit" on the Led Zeppelin forum to bash President Bush and any other people who he doesn't agree with.

A recent phenomena that has increased with the popularity of Facebook where individuals who used to mail out chain letters can now show their friends how much they "care" by simply cutting & pasting a status update about a hot political or social issue. It is clear that this person really cares based on the "effort" dedicated to the cause. God forbid they actually volunteer some of their time or donate a few bucks to the cause - no they've made the ultimate sacrifice of select, copy & paste & we're all better thanks to their efforts.
The whole Casey Anthony verdict has the Cut and Paste Activists going bat shit crazy on Facebook.
