What is crazy hoe?
(1) A subjective term used to describe an escort, call girl, porn star or any other sex worker who has lost grip with reality and can no longer separate her own life from her "work" life.
(2) Having an obsession with all things related to the sex industry.
(3) Being so involved in the sex industry that you can no longer have normal, intimate relationships.

Same thing as a Hoe Posse, although this includes just one individual. A single skank who roams the malls or city streets and talks to herself outloud in public who suffers from multiple personalities.
