Its the cow level in Diablo 2. People used to be able to whore this level to hell until patch 1.10.

The secret cow level is a secret level on Diablo 2 that can be accessed by merging a wirt's leg with a scroll of home portal inyour horadric's cube.

A cheat you can type in the original version of StarCraft ( a real time strategy game made by Blizzard ) to automatically win the level that you are playing.

This started as a rumor in the original Diablo, but was quelled when Blizzard wrote a cheat for Starcraft: There is no cow level. entering this cheat provided instant victory. it was added in D2. It features weak monsters that give out a lot of XP and rarities.
