What is clockwork ninja?
A highly dependable criminal assistant, as seen in the GTA: San Andreas mission, 'Robbing Uncle Sam.'

Clockwork ninja - what is it?
adj. one who can be dependably called upon to carry out various acts of questionable legality.
person_01: "Who we gonna get to pour sugar into that drive-way blockin' muthafucka's tank?"
person_02: "I'll get my bro, he always pulls shit like that off without question... a real clockwork ninja."
What does "clockwork ninja" mean?
A person who can be called upon when a technical or otherwise difficult task requires expertise. A clockwork ninja uses his own untraditional methods, but the result is still (usually) flawless.
