What is cat eater?
Any device or appliance that makes a loud noise, scaring cats into running in terror and shredding the lap of anyone they sit in trying to run away.
Its definition changes with the cat, but common examples include vacuum cleaners, garbage disposals, ice machines, vehicles without sound suppressors, and screaming children.
