Border wall - what is it?
A yet-to-exist (as of 2018-12-30) border wall situated across the border between Mexico and the United States that white people really really want Mexicans to build. However this wall will soon be paid for by the American taxpayers, and it is subject to change from a wall to a slat fence to probably nothing.
White people: Build the border wall! Build the border fence! Mexico will pay for it! We will pay for it! I need help!

Imaginary wall between the United States and Mexico, supposedly being paid for by Mexico. It's how donnie trump trolls his supporters on a daily basis.
