What is blooded out?
A chant that signifies to beat someone up until blood is shown or until they're dead. This chant is often chanted in UFC fights when a fighter starts pounding their opponent's face.

You can't get something from a person, especailly money, that they don't have i.e. A turnip cannot be coaxed, squeezed, or cajoled into producing blood. All efforts at obtaining blood from this vegetable will be futile

What does "blooded out" mean?
A therm related to gang culture.
Blood in . To get into a gang, you got to spill some blood, usually murder.
Blood out - The gang is for life. The only way to get out is to die.
-Man, Don't mess with those guys, they're blood in, blood out.
Blooded out - what does it mean?
When a person becomes a member of a certain gang they must kill a designated person in order to join said gang (blood in) and the only way out of the gang is to die (blood out)
"Why can't juan get out of the hood?"

when a person is completely dressed in red. usually a blood gang member. when bloods would be together or have a squad to prove something they are "blooded out"
they trying to show people who you are or represent or they are proving loyalty to the gang
