Big Pharma: refers to pharmaceutical companies with revenue in excess of $3 billion, and/or R&D expenditure in excess of $500 million
The American Medical Association is the street dealer for Big Brotha Pharma in their effort to rule the world and finish the process of converting the human race to upright walking lemmings and sheep.
Big Brotha Pharma, spends millions annually on biased, well-designed, stringently controlled research designed to “prove” the ineffectiveness of any alternative medicine that can challenge any of their precious, toxic, but ultimately very profitable chemical concoctions.

Big pharma - what is it?
When big pharma is allowed to produce and unlimited amount of pain medication and never gets any blame for the drug problems in the country. This is the essence of big pharma blame game.
When the government issues a license to a pain clinic and the doctors overperscribe medication and the federal court blames the owner of clinic and sentences the granted license holder to 20 years in prison. This would be the scapegoat of the big pharma blame game.
What does "big pharma" mean?
When someone almost always chooses pharmaceutical pills to handle their body problem even when there are more effective and less damaging methods of fixing their body problems. This person has an obsession with pills, they ignore healthy eating habits and want all their problems to be fixed by these pills. being sick & under the thumb of big pharma is their fetish and their goal in life.
instead of doing paleo & intermittent fasting or going on a diet joe decided to be a fat lazy bitch with a big pharma fetish and started taking weight loss medications.

A disparaging term for the pharmaceutical industry, which is obviously the source of all the world's evils, is 100% full of greedy, unethical fucks, and never, ever does anything good, because modern medicine is a complete scam. Ironically, people who spout this crap, most likely take an Advil when they get a headache.
Note that occasionally, pharmaceutical companies DO engage in unethical behavior (and usually get caught, and pay massive fines for it), but to listen to these people speak, it's the entire industry's default mode of operation, all that they ever do, and there isn't a single honest person in the entire field.
Very much less commonly, if you know someone who works in the pharma industry, and is job-searching, you might hear them say something like "I would prefer to work for small pharma rather than big pharma", but this is very much not the popular usage, 99.999999% it's just some idiot.
Big Pharma is a scam, there's a pill for EVERYTHING these days! I would much rather go back to the days when people died of easily-treatable illnesses, and the life expectancy was 40!

They also extort patients who need medicine for life-saving purposes into paying huge sums of money at an outrageous markup.
