What is beeech?

Beeech is a word with multiple definitions.
It can be used to greet good friends or family.
To be shouted out a car window at by standers or a friend.
It's a word used by mostly Juggalos in the Juggalo clique around the north side of Spokane, Wa.

Paul: "Hey whuddup, BEEECH!"
Brett: "Not much hommie what's good, BEEECH!"
