An expression used (often sarcastically) when you or someone else is telling a story about something they did recently.
Winston: I was eating pizza, just a regular day, and my cat jumped up on the table.

A normal day where no wack ass day like "boyfriend day" or "grab ass day". It's a day when you can actually relax about reposting
