What is Work bae?
A work bae is someone who is your coworker who is also your bae but strictly at work ONLY. This term can also be associated with "side chick" or "side nigga" but only in the work place. A work bae is prohibited to taking it outside of work. If he or she does so, I strongly advise you find a new work bae in order to keep your outside-of-work bae.

A co worker you flirt with, talk to, get coffee/food for each other but remains platonic and there is no commitment and no relationship outside of work.
