An area of the UK which is the English equivalent to the DMV.
A place full of Chavs, Druggies and Incells.
A place in which the highest causes of death are Stabbings, STDs and Arriva bus malfunctions.
It also includes Telford, a city renown for its high crime rates and for being the chav capital of the Universe.
