Tennessee Quick Step: a term used by Civil War soldiers for diarrhea. The person afflicted would have to suddenly run or 'quick step' into the woods to take a shit.

Poor Captain Jackson's not much use for fightin' today. He ate some green apples and now he's doin' the Tennessee quick step.
