An oppressive society with no escape 2. A "do or die" situation.
Originated in 1994 Dos game "Beneath a Steel Sky" by Revolution.
President: I want to be able to tap your phones without a warrant and take away other freedoms.
American: I'm beginning to think we live beneath a steel sky.
Mancuso : This school is a steel sky.
JOE : I'll bring a gun tomorrow and we can kill the principal.
