What is SCAB?

The term scab is a derogatory term used to refer to people who continue to work when trade unionists go on strike action.

By crossing the picketline and working for the company, those dirty scabs took money out of the union workers pocket.

Someone willing to take a striking workers job because they couldnt have got the job otherwise.They care about no-one but themselves,have allegiance to no-one,including who they work for, and cannot see long term. They will take almost any abuse from their employer, and dont give a whit about their fellow workers.This is the true makeup of a scab.

What does "SCAB" mean?

The annoying practice of begging people for something, usually money. Usually when someone scabs they will repeatedly ask a passer by (especally someone they know by name) for the thing they are after until they give in.

SCAB - definition

Referring to a player that played during the 1992-93 strikes and disputes of the MLB. Many players were involved with this, including Dennis Gonzalves. PLayers who struck during this area were referred to as SCAB's, and are ofter looked down upon.
