First used in the Mindless Self Indulgence song Clarissa, this phrase can be used two ways.

1) Literally; asking/commanding a male to have sex with you

2) Figuratively; simallar to "ftw" (fuck the world).

1) The fan at the MSI concert screamed "ROCK MY HOLE JIMMY URINE!"

2) Rock my hole, motherfuckers!
