Someone who is the true master in the master/slave relationship.
He/she would become a puppet master if the puppet didn't resist.
What does "Puppet Master" mean?
Noun. Mostly used under political connotations, but can be applied elsewhere.
Definition: A person who uses their actions or words to control someone or something of a lesser will, also known as pulling the strings of someone or something. Often a puppet master uses actions in addition to thoughtfully assembled words (with a commanding or guilt-inducing voice inflection) as his or her weapon. Puppet masters use their victims to acquire things, such as sex, money, anything of monetary value, and emotional holds over others (their puppets). Often occurs (but is not limited to) in close relationships such as intimate romantic relationships, parent-child relationships, and employer-employee relationships. A puppet master's interactions with their victim/s is almost always beneficial for the one pulling the strings.

Puppet Master - definition
A verb. A dance move that involves the excessive flailing of another's limbs. When a man "grinds up on a girl" he proceeds to take her arms and move them around much like she is a puppet. The origins of this dance come from when men dance with women of greater proportions, since larger women are often less enthusiastic and lifeless dancers the men will therefore help her, much like a puppet master will do for his/her dolls. Though it happens mostly with big girls it is simply a way of demeaning one's dance partner and therefore can be performed on anyone.

That typical cocky twat who thinks he can click his fingers and you'll go running back.. Then when you do, you will not hear from him or see him unless he is bored and has nobody else (he will mainly get in touch when he's drunk), so he thinks of you because he knows you are vulnerable and appear available.
He thinks he can contact you at whatever time and you will always be at his beck and call, you will do potentially anything for him.. only to get treated like shite and possibly receive a text saying something like 'I'm sorry but we won't work, but I do care about you...' and so on and so on of complete utter bollocks.
When the Puppet Master contacts you, you immediately get your hopes up and think he is interested so you do go running. Everyone around you can see it and thinks you are a fool, but you are completely blinded by it as you have strong feelings for this dick head (fuck knows why.. but you do).. and he is just sitting laughing thinking 'I've got her right where I want her'.
