What is Poka-naka-pee-sign?

The word you say when you are about to trade in your two hits on someone in that stupid game where you make a circle with your finger and get somebody to look at it below your waist. So in essence, you get some other bizzz to look at that circle with your fingers twice and you can punch some other person in the game by saying poka-naka-pee-sign to let them know that their doom is inevitable.
