What is Plan 9?
Democratic party's campaign stategy for the 2004 election.
Plan 9 calls for all 9 Presidential candidates to run as co-presidents, each to share the presidency when elected. Plan 9 also included better lawyers and friendlier judges to insure that constitutional purists anti-chadists were thwarted this time.

Plan 9 - what is it?
1. Shorthand for the Bela Lugosi/Ed Wood movie that held the title "Worst of all Time", even though "Manos" was worse and "Battlefield Earth" eclipsed it.
2. The sequel to Unix. Nobody's ever heard of it, but apparently it's pretty cool.
