A person, place, or thing that can be classified or captured as a meme at any given time (or at the perfect time) if one were to use a photo/video capturing device and used as a funny.

When an elated set of emotions brings forth a select set of meme's that accurately convey ones sarcasm, thoughts or opinions on a varying range of subjects.
