Finlay McLachlan, also known as ‘Seal’, is a morbidly obese man who has been sighted around the Garstang and Inskip area molesting local dogs, leaving them completely paralised in the back legs.

In the past few years, Sarah McLachlan has essentially become the female equivalent of Bono. She constantly preaches out to the public to donate money for abused animals or musically-deprived children, but does so at the expense of her own artistic qualities.
