What is M-spec?
M-spec, short for multi-spectrum, is an umbrella term inside the LGBTQ+ community, used to describe individuals attracted to multiple genders. Bisexuals, polysexuals, omnisexuals and pansexuals fall into this category.
There is no official m-spec flag yet.
A: "So, are you bi or pan now?"
B: "I don't know, but I'm m-spec for sure."

What does "M-spec" mean?
Multiple gender attraction spectrum. Being attracted to more than one gender. For example, bisexual, pansexual, omnisexual, etc.
Polysexual falls under the M-spec umbrella
