A new derogatory title given to Barrack Hussein Obama, the 44th President of the United States of America, by his detractors. The title alludes to his new knee-jerk response occurring every time someone catches him in a lie; just tell another one and don't be ashamed of it because socialism cannot let a little thing like the truth get in the way of progress. It is intended as a parody on the term "Commander-In-Chief."
"If you like your health care plan, you can keep it", said the Liar In Chief at the news conference, knowing that only the Leftist Elite know what is good for the nation.

Nickname for a head of government whose statements regularly have such tenuous links with reality that he/she is not taken seriously by others, except, perhaps by such people as are earning a living by trying to explain away the lies of their employer.

Donald Trump is currently caught up with so many ties to Russia and Putin that he can't seem to untangle that the lying has increased on a daily basis.
