What is Kamiyah Mobley?

A girl who was kidnapped from her mother 1998 by a women named Gloria Williams. The girl was missing until she was found in South Carolina living in belief that her kidnapper was her mother and the kidnappers three biological children. Kamiyah was living under the fake name Alexis Manigo.
