Can be defined as a person who constantly puts their two cents in. Tends to be hypocritical. Loves to throw jokes out and capitalize on them, but doesn't like to have them thrown back at them.

Input hoe (noun): someone who offers unsolicited opinions and may be ignorant of a particular context or willfully attempting to distort it for purposes of self-aggrandizement or to assert personal relevance.
