What is Ick?
A feeling you get when you’re dating/hooking up with someone and you realize how ugly or cringey they actually are. This often happens post-break up, and you are filled with overwhelming feelings of regret and disgust.
Damn, my boyfriend is really starting to give me the icks. I know we’ve been dating for a while, but he’s actually really cringey.

alternatively, it can be used to describe something that makes you uncomfortable or weirded out by.

What does "Ick" mean?
Something someone does that is an instant turn-off for you, making you instantly hate the idea of being with them romantically.

You could be on the chirpse with a guy or girl, everything seems to be going fine.. you THINK you like them but then you suddenly catch 'The Ick'. From then on you can't look at the person in the same way, you just progressively get more and more turned off by them, weirdly & maybe for no reason in particular grossed out by them. You'll cringeeeeee at the thought of you and them together.
