Similar to a Cleveland Steamer, except the girl has to be British and squat at a jaunty half squat position over your chest with a watch in her hand wearing a Monocle and screaming “Big Ben says Drop your knickers, it’s Tea Time. Prepare to receive the Queen’s Crumpets!” then shitz on your chest.
